Tips to avoid skin cancer

Sunlight is good for health but also harmful sunlight for our bodies, because sunlight contains UVA and UVB. Both of which damage the skin at the level of external and internal that makes us vulnerable to wrinkles, acne on the skin and various other types of skin diseases including skin cancer.

We can break down the risks of sunlight received by the skin and avoid the possibility of a single case among the millions of cases of new skin cancers each year by way of:

  • Not indulge in the sun. Sunbathing during the weekend could cause maximum damage to the skin cells, although we have been avoiding the sun during the summer.
  • If you do any activity at the time of the day or as long as there is sun, always use sunscreen. Although at that time we were in the shade of an umbrella. And the cloudy air during the summer, remains always use at least SPF 15. Apply at least 2 hours.
  • Use sunscreen with higher SPF if you will conduct activities under the direct sun, such as swimming or exercising.
