Weight Loss Ideal for you?

Someone said to have ideal size of the body if not too lean and not too fat. Also, if it looks neat between body weight and high too.

So that the ideal body, fat in the body must be in normal circumstances. Fat is needed in the body, but do not keep up the excess or shortage. To support the life of someone, there must be a minimum of fat as 3% of body weight. Fat is known as essential fat that are on the membrane cells, bone marrow, nerve network, spinal marrow, the brain, around the heart, tuberculosis, liver, spleen, kidney, and intestinal.

If the fat in the body of more than 3% body weight, the pile can be fat. Hoard fat can be protective organs in the body against injury. The amount of fat the normal hill different between men and women. Gynecology fat in the body of a normal young adult males is 15 to 20% of body weight. While in the young adult women is 20 to 25%. This proportion will increase in accordance with age. For example in men older adults up to 27% of body weight, while women older adults reach up to 30% of body weight.
Excess weight is a situation of a hoarding of excess fat that can cause the increase of body weight. A person experiencing excess body weight when weighing 10 to 20% above ideal weight. Someone who has excess body weight will be felt:
1. often out of breath
2. Body feels heavy
3. Too often
4. Often, pain in the waist, pinggul, thigh and knee.
This is a warning that people can start mengataur food and adequate physical exercise to stay healthy and in shape.

Someone said obesity occurs when the body weight increase of 20% of ideal body weight. Obesity can be measured from the pile body fat. A woman said adult obesity when fat in the body is more than 30% body weight ideally. While for adult men, said he will be overweight if you exceed 27% of body weight ideally.
